Domestic Shipping

Shipping costs within the U.S. is pre-calculated at check-out. The shipping cost for each order depends on the weight of the package. Once the order has been made, the recipient will be receiving the order within 5 - 21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date that it was shipped from Hawaii; all depends on the chosen shipping option during checkout. After payment has been authorized and verified, please allow extra 1-3 days for processing. Note: Please allow more time for orders that were made during special promotions and holidays to be processed. Once the order has been shipped, recipients will be receiving a shipping notification email stating the carrier that was used to ship the order and tracking numbers will be provided. Please understand that there are additional handling time for all packages to be delivered to the recipient (Handling times may vary, depending on your local postal services). If you have any questions regarding your package, please contact your local postal services.

International Shipping

The cost for international shipping is pre-calculated at check-out. The shipping cost for each order depends on the weight of the package. For all international orders, it may take up to 4 - 6 weeks for delivery (excluding custom clearance periods, weekends and holidays). After payment has been authorized and verified, please allow extra 1-3 days for processing. Note: Please allow more time for orders that were made during special promotions and holidays to be processed. Once the order has been shipped, recipients will be receiving a shipping notification email stating the carrier that was used to ship the order and tracking numbers will be provided. Although it may have reached its’ designated country, it may take several days for customs to process the package thoroughly. Depending on the country it is been shipped to, additional custom processing time may vary. Please understand that there are additional handling time for all packages to be delivered to the recipient (Handling times may vary, depending on your local postal services). If you have any questions regarding your international package, please contact your local postal services. 

International Duties & Taxes

88 Tees is not responsible for duties and taxes applied on packages. The recipient will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Custom policies may vary, please contact your local customs for further information.

Returns & Exchange Policy

* We are temporarily not processing returns/exchanges for our on-line orders due to COVID-19.  We are sorry for the inconvenience.  

Our normal returns & exchange policy is indicated below as a reference only:

* Online purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of the received date.
* All shipping costs will be responsible by customer.
* Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unused.
* Merchandise returned, will be only eligible for exchange or store credit towards your next purchase.

I need to change something on my order. What should I do?

I did not received my confirmation order.

My order is showing as delivered, but I didn't receive it. 

Per policy, once the postal services has updated your package's tracking services to "Delivered", 88 Tees is not responsible for any lost packages. Please note that at times, the local postal services may mark your package as "Delivered" but it may still be "Out for Delivery" that same day or the next few days. Please understand that there are additional handling time periods depending on your local postal services and 88 Tees has no control over delivery times. We recommended that you check for a "Delivery Attempted" notice that the carrier may have left for you as they are attempting to contact you for delivery or pick up of your package. Please also check around for your package. Sometimes the mail carriers leave your packages in hidden places so that it cannot be seen from the street. Check to see if someone else like a neighbor, an Apartment Office Manager and/or security had accepted the delivery on your behalf. 

My Order Is Late. Where is it?

We ask for your patience as your package is being shipped and delivered to you. We ask that you allow for at least 5 business days after your expected delivery date for delivery of the package in order to avoid receiving duplicate orders as some packages may be delayed while in transit. Depending on the designated country and the local postal services, packages may be delivered to you later than the expected delivery date. Please refer to the carrier's tracking page for delivery details of your package. Also, please understand that there are additional handing time for all packages. Times may vary. Packages may not be delivered during weekends and holidays; depending on your local postal services.
